Jordin Sparks on Broadway

Jordin Sparks won American Idol when she was 17 years old and since then she has been so successful. She has a truly amazing voice and has even gotten a Grammy nomination for it. She is 20 years old now and is performing on Broadway.

Jordin is playing in the play ” In the Heights”. For her the singing part of it is easy, the acting is a bit tough. But knowing her she will surely get it down and do an excellent job.

Jordin’s character is Nina. Nina goes to college and is going to go confront her past in Washington Heights, all of this while her present isn’t exactly perfect either.

Sparks was the youngest American Idol winner and after winning she released her first album, then her single ” No Air.” Her single ” No Air”, featuring Chris Brown was such a hit. The single sold almost 4 million digital copies throughout the world.

Spark’s second album Battlefield brought her a lot of success as well.
